Target is seeking a dedicated Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with their needs, and promote store services and loyalty programs. You will help guests navigate products, explain features, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will communicate clearly, stay flexible with shifting hours, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest service across checkout, pickup, and digital options.

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Know how to direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
