Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain store features and benefits, including Target Loyalty programs and mobile app usage.
• Process returns and exchanges per store policies and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support other team members during shifts.
