Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced store environment. You will help guests find products, explain store programs, and assist with returns and digital services to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing guest needs while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude throughout shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience at the checkout and service areas.
• Assist guests with finding items, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Explain benefits, programs, and features of the Target App and loyalty offerings.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Support team members and adjust to guest needs and store activities.
