Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. You will welcome guests, assist with finding products, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a friendly, efficient service standard.

You will also promote promos, explain app features, and help with loyalty enrollments in a fast-paced store environment. Role requires strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Create an easy, inspiring, friendly guest experience and greet guests promptly.
• Greet guests at different distances, initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and maintain a positive attitude.
• Explain promos and how to use Target App features.
• Encourage loyalty program sign-up and assist with sign-in as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up processes.
• Handle returns or exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
