Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Assist guests with returns/exchanges following Target policies.
• Promote Target benefits, loyalty programs, and app features to guests.
• Operate checkout operations accurately and manage transactions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist peers as required.
• Support drive-up and order-pickup services and guide guests in using these features.
