Qualifications

• Comfort with using scanners and retail tech to process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests, assist with needs, and communicate current promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and the Target App features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Support guest services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up as needed.
