Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and help them use our app, loyalty programs, and services. You will also resolve issues, process transactions, and contribute to a friendly team environment.

Expect a fast-paced, physical role with flexible hours, focusing on guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth store operations. Training is provided to develop skills relevant to guest services.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Comfort with problem solving to resolve guest concerns.
• Able to adapt to different guest interactions and situations.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, building a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Promote and explain Target benefits, loyalty programs, and app features.
