Target is seeking a dedicated Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring shopping experience. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, resolve issues, and ensure quick, friendly service at the register and through digital options.

You will promote benefits, explain how to use features like the Target App, and support teammates while upholding safety and store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, proactive service and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain promos, store activities and how to use Target App features like Wallet.
• Assist with loyalty sign-up and enrollment, and guide guests through Drive Up and Order Pick Up.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Support peers and adapt to guest needs during peak times.
