Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests find products, answer questions and complete transactions with accuracy.

You will greet guests, explain benefits and loyalty programs, and use the Target App. This fast-paced, physical role requires teamwork, flexibility and a positive attitude across shifts including nights and weekends.

Compensation includes a starting hourly rate of $16.00 USD and benefits eligibility. Training is provided to help you grow with the team.

• Willingness to learn, flexible and able to adapt to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues quickly.

• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist teammates as needed.
