Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests find products, answer questions, and resolve issues while delivering a welcoming shopping experience. You will learn to use the Target App, assist with Drive Up and Order Pick Up, and promote loyalty programs.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay composed in a busy environment. Training covers safety, store policies, and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist peers and support store operations while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during hours.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards as needed.
