Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience. You will greet guests, help them find items, and resolve issues while you promote Target’s services and loyalty benefits.

You will work with team members in a fast-paced store, adapting to guest needs and completing transactions accurately. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
