Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and promote Target’s loyalty programs. You will greet customers, help find items, and process transactions with accuracy and a friendly attitude.

You should enjoy a fast-paced environment, be flexible with shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork to deliver a positive guest experience.
