Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, resolve issues, and process transactions, while highlighting loyalty programs and store promos.

Join a team focused on safety, cleanliness, and a helpful attitude. Training will cover Target App usage and checkout procedures, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.

• Promote store promos and explain benefits of loyalty programs.
• Operate scanners, assist with OPU/Drive Up and returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support team.
