Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with product finding, and resolve issues at the register and on the floor. You will help guests understand and use Target’s services, including the app and loyalty programs, while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude with guests and teammates.
• Willing to learn features of the Target App, including Wallet and loyalty programs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver an easy, inspiring, and friendly shopping experience.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure smooth transactions.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and assist with returns and exchanges per policies.
• Promote store programs, promos, and services to drive guest loyalty.
• Support team members and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and holidays.
