Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to assist guests in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet guests, help them find products, and resolve issues with a friendly and efficient approach, while promoting Target’s loyalty programs and services.

You will also process transactions, guide guests through order pick-up and drive-up options, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe store. Experience in customer service and a positive attitude are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, assist with finding items, resolve issues and thank them
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering processes
• Educate guests on store features, promos, and loyalty programs
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, maintaining safety standards
• Support peers and maintain a positive, respectful environment
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with stock during open hours
• Follow policies to ensure safety and compliance
