Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, required to handle multiple tasks, operate scanners, and assist guests with in-store and digital services. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create an easy, inspiring shopping experience.

• Promote current promos, store events, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Assist with loyalty sign-up and account activation when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
• Support order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering features for guests.
