Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with the Target App features, and help with orders like Drive Up and Order Pick Up, all while keeping the store inviting.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, greet customers, resolve issues, stock shelves, and promote current promotions and services. Training is provided, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting customers and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and support peers as needed.
• Promote Target loyalty programs, promos, and services to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety and store cleanliness.
• Familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering workflows.
