Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to assist guests with daily tasks, explain promotions, and help them use services like Drive Up and Order Pickup. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with their daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and explain promotions.
• Understand and explain Target App features and Wallet.
• Balance cash and operate POS with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock during open hours.
