Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a seamless shopping experience in our store. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide them through using drive-up, order pickup, and digital features to enhance convenience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest-facing communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced store environments and varying shifts.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and Target app features.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience and service standards.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests and assisting with tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and resolve concerns.
• Highlight current promos, store activities and events to guests.
• Know store tools, products, and services to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty benefits and enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features where needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety policies.
