Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with product needs, and guide them through promotions and services while maintaining high service standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and the ability to adapt to peak times, evenings and weekend shifts. Training will cover customer interactions, safety, and using store technology.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and use Target App and other technology.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a friendly approach.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain and promote store promos and Target App features to guests.
• Know and assist with Target Loyalty programs and sign-up.
