Qualifications

• Comfort using handheld scanners and digital checkout tools.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience at checkout and service points.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with friendly interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for smooth shopping.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive attitude.
• Explain current promos and how to use Target App features.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist sign-up.
• Scan and bag items accurately, following safety standards.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns/exchanges per store policy.
