Target is introducing a Guest Advocate role designed to enhance guest experiences both in-store and online. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and guide them through promotions and digital features to simplify shopping.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Demonstrate and explain current promos and how to use Target App features (Wallet, etc.).
• Scan and bag items accurately and maintain safety and food handling standards.
• Support team and collaborate across areas while following Target policies and procedures.
