Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a Hospitality Team member for our Lubbock location to welcome guests, take orders, run food, and help deliver a remarkable dining experience. You’ll learn the menu, stay knowledgeable about promotions, and help keep the dining room clean and organized.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, outgoing personality, strong listening skills, and a willingness to adapt to busy periods. This role offers opportunities for growth and daily Pay options for hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, and process transactions fast and accurately.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure correct, timely delivery; offer refills.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen and team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned
