Torchy’s Tacos in Dallas is seeking a friendly Hospitality Team Member to welcome guests, take orders, run food, and help deliver memorable dining experiences. You’ll greet guests with a smile, ask questions to guide choices, and ensure every transaction is accurate.

Learn the menu, know current promotions, and provide personalized recommendations while maintaining a clean, inviting dining room. Join a collaborative team focused on guest satisfaction and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsabilités

• Point of Sale: Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, ensure fast and accurate transactions.
• Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued.
• Menu Mastery: Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Dining Room: Run food to tables, ensure orders are correct and timely, offer refills.
• Cleanliness: Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team for smooth service.
• Additional Support: Perform other duties as assigned.
• Outgoing & Friendly: Create a warm atmosphere for every guest.
• Active Listening: Understand guest needs and confirm details.
• Communication: Clear, welcoming communication with guests.
