Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a friendly hospitality team member in Oklahoma City. You’ll greet guests, take orders at the POS, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Learn the menu, assist with recommendations, run food to tables, and maintain clean, inviting dining areas. You’ll work closely with a team to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations, with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must meet state/local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications by first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver hospitality and make guests feel welcomed.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and offer refills; ensure orders are correct and timely.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Collaborate with managers, the kitchen, and the Hospitality Team for smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
