Torchy’s Tacos in Houston is seeking a hospitality team member to greet guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will learn our menu, provide personalized recommendations, run foods to tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

Applicants should have flexible availability and meet local food handler and alcohol server requirements. A teammate mindset and strong communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders; ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel valued from check-in to check-out.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and maintain timely service with proactive refills.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team to resolve issues and smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned
