Torchy’s Tacos is seeking a friendly Hospitality Team Member in Texas to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a smile. You’ll learn the menu, remember current promotions, and help guests choose options that fit their tastes and dietary needs.

As part of the team, you’ll run food to tables, maintain clean dining areas, and collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to provide a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• State and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications must be met.
• Certifications must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued from entry to departure.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, ensure correct, timely delivery, and offer refills proactively.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen, and the Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
