Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience while supporting store operations. You’ll ensure safety, handle the POS, and maintain stock and cleanliness across the store.

The role requires flexibility, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding will be provided by our team.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions for transactions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfort with temperatures outside or in coolers.
• Capability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Restock products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
