Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, handle cash and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the store.

The role involves stocking, communicating guest needs to management and vendors, and contributing to merchandising projects. Flexible hours are required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and onboarding support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash and lottery levels.
• Maintain safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Complete housekeeping and stocking to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and vendors.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Manage gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
