Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, manage POS transactions, handle cash and lottery, and ensure product replenishment and housekeeping duties are performed daily.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends or holidays, and dependable transportation. Training and onboarding support are provided plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside or in coolers.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area and register.
• Count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping duties and replenish products as needed.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
