Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products are stocked and available.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation. You will collaborate with management and vendors to meet customer needs and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in cooler, etc.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and to climb ladders or stairs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash and lottery/tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks and keep shelves stocked.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
