• Able to work varied shifts – days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• TIPS trained and receive a Basset Card.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to professionally handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.

Responsibilities

• Rings in guests in a timely manner and correctly according to tender. Always making eye contact and use the guest name when possible.
• Maintains a Service Culture to ensure superior guest service by all team members.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Follows company policies related to revenue handling, signing out banks or drawers, and closing revenue centers.
• Maintains par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties assigned.
