Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring at its Paso Robles location for a customer-focused role in a fast-paced environment. You will handle point-of-sale transactions, manage food and beverage items, and maintain a clean, safe store area in line with CSI policies.

This position requires strong English communication, flexible hours including some nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety and high standards of food handling where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Food handling certificates may be required by law in specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the point of sale and throughout the store.
• Conduct all cashier transactions accurately and safely per CSI guidelines.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Clean indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, pumps, and related areas.
• Prepare food and hot beverages and manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings to maximize sales.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products properly displayed.
