Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring at our Aliso Viejo location.

In this role you will provide guest service, conduct POS transactions, manage cash, keep the store clean, prepare food and beverages, promote store specials, and ensure accurate stocking.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Availability for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law (in specific locations).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers with eye contact and courtesy.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely in line with CSI guidelines across multiple payment forms.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at each shift end.
• Perform regular station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash.
• Prepare food and hot beverages and manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
• Cross-check prices of delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods evenly and keep shelves stocked in retail and cooler areas.
• Observe local laws when activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks (Oregon only).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
