Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) in Roseville, CA is hiring for a team-focused role at our retail stations. You will deliver exceptional guest service, handle POS transactions, manage cash, and help ensure food safety and sanitation across the store and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law (location-specific).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer; follow CSI cash handling policies and reconcile at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor areas and restrooms.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice and stock as needed.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check prices of delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute goods in-store and keep shelves full.
• Observe local laws when activating and filling fuel tanks (where applicable).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
