Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Harrah’s/Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe retail team seeks a Retail Sales Clerk to deliver exceptional guest service, manage cash transactions, and stock merchandise. You will greet guests, answer questions, and promote events and amenities across the property.

Responsibilities include maintaining outlet appearance, balancing cash at shift end, and assisting callers. Prior retail experience and Math proficiency are required; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year in retail sales or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment Math test with score of 80% or better (20 problem minimum).
• Literate and fluent in basic English.
• Good math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing).
• Knowledge of Total Rewards program and hotel/casino amenities.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, provides friendly service.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions.
• Balances monies at end of shift.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the outlet and merchandise.
• Assists guests with information about store, events, promotions, and amenities.
• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate extension; provide information.
• Provide inventory feedback to supervisor about stock levels.
