Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Retail Sales Clerk to deliver excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and manage daily merchandise deliveries. The role involves greeting guests, promoting products, handling payments, and maintaining outlet appearance.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in retail sales; math proficiency and fluency in English are required. The position is based at our casino resort locations with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year in retail sales or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment Math test with score of 80% or better; 20 problem minimum.
• Literate and fluent in basic English.
• Good math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
• Knowledge of Total Rewards program and hotel/casino amenities.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests and provides friendly, courteous service.
• Operates a cash register and handles payment transactions.
• Receives, unpacks, folds and puts away deliveries.
• Balances all monies at end of shift.
• Maintains clean, neat, professional appearance of outlet and merchandise.
• Answering the phone and transferring calls to extensions as needed.
• Provide information about outlet, merchandise and events to guests.
