Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in the South Lake Tahoe area seeks a Dual Rate Supervisor Cashier and Caesars Rewards to oversee Cashier/Caesars Rewards operations on a shift basis. The role includes supervising staff, handling customer information, and ensuring program integrity while performing duties of the CR Rep as needed.

The ideal candidate will have cashier and customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to obtain a Nevada gaming license as required.

Qualifications

• One year cashier and casino customer service experience required.
• Must be able to speak clearly in English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to qualify for, obtain, and maintain a Gaming License from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operation of the Cashier/Caesars Rewards Department.
• Balances cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Maintains inventory and equipment safeguards.
• Approves customer check cashing and casino credit within limits.
• Schedules cashiers for breaks and duties.
• Handles guest complaints and discrepancies professionally.
• Trains and coaches department personnel.
