Job summary

Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is seeking a Pit Guest Services Associate to greet guests and facilitate Total Rewards sign-ups, ensuring smooth marker processing and accurate documentation.

You will support dealers and supervisors to deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced, regulated gaming environment. Strong English, math skills, and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment Math test with score of 80% or better.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Good math skills.
• Excellent telephone/interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be a self-starter, with ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to uphold integrity in a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Greet new players and accommodate obvious guest needs.
• Facilitate Total Rewards sign-ups and ensure tracking cards printed and delivered.
• Invoke Service Recovery Initiative as appropriate.
• Assist co-workers toward great guest service goals.
• Print markers and assist with gaming transactions including cash handling.
• Prepare and process paperwork for markers and registrations.
• Input and verify player data in the computer system for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Cashier Department to activate credit as needed.
• Handle reservations and other guest arrangements as requested.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Pre-employment Math test 80%+
