Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the guest experience at our hotel site. You will work under the Account Manager, coordinating service standards, troubleshooting, and guiding staff during shifts.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing bell services, and ensuring accuracy in ticketing and cash handling while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and provide friendly, professional service.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assist with valet procedures.
• Promote teamwork and lead by example to deliver high levels of guest service.
• Issue and track vehicle keys and claim checks with accuracy.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and follow HIPAA-related practices.
