Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Box Office Representative to assist guests at live events, selling and collecting admission tickets, and helping guests find their seats and facilities.

You will verify tickets, accommodate guests with special needs, explain venue layout, resolve seating disputes, and support safety and sustainability programs while maintaining high standards of service. You will also greet guests at the box office and educate customers on official ticket sources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.
• Greet guests attending events who come to the box office.
• Examine tickets to verify authenticity.
• Provide accommodation for guests with special needs.
• Inform guests of venue layout and direct them to facilities.
• Identify fake tickets and educate on authentic tickets.
• Settle seating disputes and assist with guest concerns.
• Assist guests in finding seats and guiding with flashlights.
• Support the venue's sustainability program and educate fans about initiatives.
• Close the venue with staff and collect event equipment.
