Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Georgetown, TX is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support bowling operations. The role includes handling sales at the counter, assisting guests with bowling basics, and coordinating with mechanics for equipment issues.

The position requires a friendly demeanor, good phone etiquette, and availability for evening or night shifts, with some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
