Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Texas is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and support daily front-desk operations. You will manage the waitlist, assist with league preparations, and handle sales at the counter while upholding cash controls.

This role emphasizes friendly service, basic bowling instruction, and using POS, central panel, and P/A systems to ensure smooth guest experiences. Evening and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; hospitality/retail experience is a plus.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and P/A system.
