Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Bellperson to assist the Rooms leadership team and enhance guest experiences. You will manage the full-cycle guest luggage experience and support our mission and values.

Responsibilities include facilitating luggage, delivering amenities, and relaying hotel information to guests. The role may involve short-distance driving and working in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Prior Bell position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full-cycle guest luggage program.
• Coordinate hotel room orientations and deliver amenities to guest rooms.
• Provide knowledge of rooms, services, and features to guests.
• May drive hotel vehicles for short distances to drop off or pick up items.
