Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Bellperson in Baltimore to assist the Rooms leadership team by engaging guests and managing the luggage experience from check-in to check-out. You will be a guest-facing ambassador ensuring a seamless welcome and departure, while supporting operational goals and service standards.

The role requires at least two years in customer service, English fluency, a high school diploma, and ideally luxury-hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Prior Bell position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with full-cycle guest luggage program
• Delivering amenities and items to guest rooms as needed
• Relaying information about rooms, services and features to guests
• May drive hotel vehicles for guest drop-offs and item retrievals
