Job summary

Yurbban Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Bellman for Lennox Hotel Miami Beach to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide insider recommendations for local attractions and dining options. You will escort guests to rooms, share information about hotel facilities, and support Front Desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Experience in Bellman or guest services is preferred.
Excellent customer service and professional communication.
English required; Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Assist guests with luggage during arrivals, departures, and room changes.
Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
Provide personalized recommendations about local attractions and transportation.
Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs for a seamless experience.
Maintain lobby and guest areas clean and presentable.
Collaborate with Front Desk and other departments for smooth operations.
Address inquiries and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
Support Front Office tasks, including night audit activities when required.
Handle guest belongings, deliveries, and luggage storage per procedures.
