Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa in Tennessee is seeking a Bell & Valet Attendant (FTS) for full-time seasonal work. The role focuses on assisting guests with transportation, luggage, and directions to enhance their stay.

You will greet guests, open doors, help with luggage, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout the property. The position requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or age or older.
• Requires basic employment skills in clerical, service, or manual areas.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles; valid license, insurance, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in an upbeat manner and recognizes VIP guests.
• Opens car doors and assists guests with entry/exit and luggage.
• Opens front doors and greets arriving/departing guests.
• Assists guests with luggage and familiarizes them with rooms/conference center.
• Delivers messages, packages, and amenities promptly and accurately.
• Parks and retrieves guest cars and maintains key security standards.
• Communicates park/hotel information to guests and assists with local transportation.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in lobby, luggage storage, and front entrance.
