Dollywood is seeking a Bell & Valet Attendant at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa. The role supports guests with transportation-related needs, luggage assistance, and hospitality services to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilites include greeting guests, assisting with vehicles, luggage, directions, and coordinating with front desk for arrivals and departures. Candidates should be 18+, with customer service experience and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Basic employment skills in clerical, service, or manual areas.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles; valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in an upbeat and positive manner, using guests' name when possible.
• Opens car doors and assists guests with entering/exiting vehicles and with luggage.
• Opens front doors and greets arriving/departing individuals.
• Assist guests with luggage and familiarize them with their room and conference center.
• Provide directions/assistance to in-house guests and transport guests when requested.
