Nobu Hotel Atlanta seeks a proactive Bellman to welcome guests, coordinate with Bell Desk, Valet, and Front Desk, and transport luggage to guest rooms. You will escort guests and explain hotel services, ensuring a seamless arrival and stay.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hospitality experience, and strong communication skills, with a preference for multilingual ability. This role involves physical activity and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Hospitality management preferred.
• Prior hotel experience with a four-star hotel brand is preferred.
• Computer and technical skills.
• Ability to comprehend and speak both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to Bell Desk and coordinate with valet, bell stand, and front desk.
• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and inform them of hotel services and features.
• Attend to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout stay.
• Protect guests and hotel property.
• Other duties as assigned.
