Job summary

InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Bellperson to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them from arrival through departure.

You will escort guests to rooms, explain services, arrange transportation, and coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to create memorable experiences.

This full-time role requires a professional appearance, flexible schedule including weekends, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and local area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, storing, and delivering items to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, amenities, and services.
• Provide recommendations and directions for local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis and rideshare services.
• Deliver messages, packages, amenities, and other items to guest rooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance and bell service area.
• Safely operate luggage carts and handle guest belongings with care.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and other hotel departments.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable experiences.
• Follow all hotel, safety, security, and brand standards.
